Job Description
The Fresh Collective and Melbourne Theatre Company Southbank seek an experienced Assistant Venue Manager for Miss Pearl Bar & Dinning. The role oversees a six-day operation, leading a team of waiters, hosts, and baristas to deliver exceptional service in a premium setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in assistant management in a busy venue, solid floor management skills, and familiarity with POS and reservation systems. RSA VIC certification and bar knowledge are required.
