Southern Cross Care is seeking a Permanent Part Time Home Care Assistant to help older adults live independently at home.
In this role you will provide personal care, social support, meal preparation and domestic assistance in clients' homes.
You will also mentor fellow staff, support the local home care office with administrative tasks and assist with medication prompts, mobility and local transport.
A Certificate III in Aged Care or related field is required, along with a current driver's
