nWhat we're looking for n

n
Qualification in Landscape Construction
n
n
Strong hardscaping skills including concreting, paving, retaining walls, irrigation, steel edging and low voltage lighting
n
n
Experience in soft landscaping including planting, mulching, soil conditioning and turf
n
n
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings
n
n
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
n
Reliable, punctual, and qualified approach to work
n
n




Solid teamwork and communication skills
n
n
Current or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications such as White Card or Landscape industry certifications
n
n
Valid driver's licence
n
n
Experience managing a crew desired but not essential
n
n

Working at Wilmark Landscape Construction, you will have long-term stability and consistent work. We offer a competitive salary, a supplied uniform, and no weekend work unless mutually agreed upon (regular hours 7:00am-3:00 Monday to Friday). Our work is exclusively on the Mornington Peninsula, so you can avoid long commutes. You will work with a small team across the entire scope of a project, from set-out through to sign-off.
