About the Role
n
Working closely with our experienced consultants, you will provide recruitment support across a diverse portfolio of clients and roles. This is a hands-on position where you'll contribute to the delivery of quality recruitment outcomes while developing strong candidate and client relationships.
n

Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and proactive search methods
n
Candidate screening, interviewing and shortlisting
n




Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
n
ork closely with consultants to manage workload and ensure productive delivery of roles
n
Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, initiative and a team-first attitude.
n
You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, can manage competing priorities and are comfortable engaging with candidates across a variety of industries and skill levels.
n
Ideally, you will:
n
n
Have approx. 1-2 years experience executing recruitment across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technical or high-volume environments.
n
Apply a mature and flexible approach to providing adhoc support as needed
n
Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture.
n
Have a detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes.
n
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, contributes positively to the workplace culture and is happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed.
