100-place Early Learning Centre

The Role As Centre Director, you will play a critical role in preparing the service for opening and establishing it as the provider of choice within the local community.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the centre opening project
Building strong relationships with local families and community groups
Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
Driving occupancy growth and family engagement
Ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements
Creating a positive and inclusive team culture
What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident and experienced leader who thrives on building services from the ground up.
You'll bring:
Previous experience opening or setting up a new early learning service
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory compliance
Excellent relationship-building and community engagement skills
A warm, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
Strong commercial awareness alongside a commitment to quality outcomes
Proven ability to motivate and develop teams
