Lutheran Disability Services is seeking an experienced Support Worker to help a client living at home and engaging with the community.
You will provide respectful, person-centred supports, assist with daily living, transport, personal care and recreational activities.
The role requires a minimum of two years experience, knowledge of autism, solid communication, and a flexible approach.
You will work with the client's family and other professionals, including availability for day and overnight
