Digital Product Designer 12-month contract | Full-time | Hybrid/Flexible | HCF House - Sydney CBD
We're looking for a Digital Product Designer to join HCF's Digital Enterprise team and help shape the experiences our members use every day across our website and mobile app.
Design digital experiences that make healthcare easier.
Working within a cross-functional squad, you'll design and improve key member journeys including understanding cover, managing claims and finding a provider.
You'll have the opportunity to see your work make a real difference to members.
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive design team that shares ideas, runs design critiques and experiments with new tools and ways of working.
You'll also have a growth plan to support your development and future career goals.
What you'll do
Translate member needs and business objectives into simple, intuitive digital experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Collaborate with product, technology, content, brand and business teams to bring ideas to life.
Conduct and facilitate user research and usability testing, using insights to iterate your designs.
Contribute to and work within our evolving design system.
Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet WCAG standards.
Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and measure impact.
Advocate for human-centered design across your squad and wider teams.
What you'll bring
Experience designing digital products across web and mobile.
Strong Figma and prototyping skills.
Experience conducting user research and testing.




Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly within cross-functional delivery teams.
An action-oriented mindset — you like testing ideas, making progress and getting things done.
An understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards.
Experience with AEM, design systems, Agile delivery, or healthcare/insurance is desirable but not essential.
