We're looking for a creative Chef de Partie who loves to learn and wants to grow with our kitchen team.
You'll be part of a fun, dedicated team and culture where you'll be supported and encouraged to develop your skills.
This is a full-time position, so full working rights in Australia and full availability across a rotating roster, including early, late, weekend and public holiday shifts, are required.
About the Role
Daily food preparation in line with food safety standards and practices
Preparing the right food quantities for daily service
Keeping up to date with current products, recipes and preparation techniques
Working across all areas of the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef with ordering and stock control
Working with other kitchen sections on cleanliness,



wastage and cost control
Completing weekly stocktakes
Maintaining compliance with all aspects of the Food Licence
Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
What We Need From You
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and/or 3+ years' full-time experience as a Chef
Confidence and skill in all sections of a kitchen
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to maintain consistent standards of quality, presentation and hygiene
An eye for detail and a passion for creating creative, high-quality food
The ability to manage, train and develop junior staff
Experience developing new dishes, concepts, menus and products
