The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated hunger for success, and passion for providing our customers with solutions & a consistently exceptional level of service.
Predominantly situated in one of our Adelaide displays, supporting our experienced New Home Advisors, you will also support House and Land to produce packages for the wider ABC team.
This exciting role will see you working weekends as well as during the week with our displays open 12pm to 5pm and be there earlier to set everything up ready for customers to walk in.

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Welcome and engage customers visiting display homes, delivering an outstanding first impression and customer experience
Qualify prospective buyers and connect them with New Home Advisors to support the sales journey
Assist in scheduling appointments, following up customer enquiries, and progressing sales opportunities
Provide professional support to customers by responding to queries and resolving issues or escalating where required
Maintain display home presentation standards, including opening and closing procedures and stock replenishment
Support the sales team through accurate preparation and administration of sales documentation
Utilise CRM and sales technology platforms to manage customer information and support sales activities




Maintain house and land package information and assist with lead generation and sales reporting activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey and timely processing of paperwork; and
Represent the ABC Homes brand professionally, ensuring compliance with company processes, procedures and service standards.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar position or a customer service, sales or retail environment
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and customer focused
Experience within the home building or a related industry desirable
Driver's license & own transport essential
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
