Purpose
Hilton Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and motivated Toolmaker to join our stable and growing manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on the design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures to support production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Manufacture, repair, and maintain press tools, jigs, fixtures, and tooling components




Interpret technical drawings and specifications with accuracy
Perform precision machining including milling, turning, grinding, and fitting
Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement effective, practical solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Tool Room.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in press tools or a tooling/manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on experience in the design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures
Solid understanding of jig and fixture design principles, including poka-yoke and robotic welding applications
Experience working within Continuous Improvement frameworks (Kaizen)
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
