Position: IT Administrator Location: Sydney Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days a week IT Administrator Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows Mac Administer SaaS tools including Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne more Provide expert-level support across Azure, Intune O365 Own Azure AD design, Group Policy Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments Lead system implementations, migrations process improvements Deliver senior-level end-user support and training firm-wide 5+ years' experience as an IT Administrator Proven track record leading technology projects end-to-end Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders Comfortable working through ambiguity in a quick-growing environment Experience with Jira or similar project management tools Nice to have: NIST CSF/cyber security exposure, JAMF/Kandji, AV solutions (Zoom/Teams Rooms, Neat Bar), A Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science.
