Position: Legal Expert — Corporate Capital Markets (Project Donna) Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: ~24 hours Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated legal deliverables for accuracy and preference.
Review and compare six blinded AI outputs against a common standard.
Provide written reasoning for each preference in legal matters.
Analyze synthetic legal documents and underlying materials.
Work independently to meet deadlines and follow written instructions.
Qualifications Must-Have Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate, capital markets, and venture law.
Strong judgment in evaluating legal work product.
Precise written English skills.
Ability to work independently under a deadline.
