Qualified Baker – Denmark Banh Mi Pho Location: WA's Spectacular South Coast Due to increasing demand, Denmark Banh Mi Pho is looking for an experienced and qualified Baker to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled baker with well-rounded baking experience who can confidently produce a range of quality breads, pastries and baked products.
Position Details Salary: $80,000 + superannuation for a qualified baker (Certificate III in Baking/Pastry plus at least 3 years' experience) Employment: Full time Hours: Early morning starts and weekend work required Location: Denmark, Western Australia Key Responsibilities Your duties will include: Preparing and producing a range of breads and pastry products Mixing, kneading, resting, rolling, cutting and shaping dough Assisting with the preparation and construction of pastries, cakes and slices Glazing and dusting breads, pastries and other baked products Applying fillings, icings and decorations Preparing special-order products to a high standard Maintaining consistent quality, presentation and food safety standards Only qualified and experienced bakers are encouraged to apply.
