Over two years, you'll gain hands‐on experience through rotations and specialist placements across key Engineering functions, which include Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Product Verification in Environmental Test, Programmes and Product Support.

We're looking for someone who can plan and organise their work effectively, bring fresh ideas, and approach challenges with curiosity, confidence and enthusiasm.




You will ideally have excellent written reporting and verbal communication skills and be happy dealing with innovation, detailed analysis and problem solving.
A relevant Engineering degree, 2.1 or higher
Ideally Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical
Relevant 'A' Levels or equivalent
Some relevant work experience would be beneficial, for example, Summer Placements and/or Year in Industry Placements
