Compass Group Pty Limited seeks a highly experienced Catering Manager to lead operations at a remote mining accommodation village in Northwest Queensland, 150km south of Mount Isa, home to about 800 residents.
Roster is 9 days on, 5 off with 12-hour days; flights from Townsville, plus accommodation and meals are provided.
You will drive catering performance, ensure compliance, mentor Head Chefs, develop talent, and deliver high-quality services with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
