hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
have full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)
comply with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment
Criteria:
have a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school
provide evidence of qualifications in a specialised faculty
able to work as a member of a committed team of professional teachers,



dedicated to providing quality teaching and learning in partnership with the parent community
demonstrated ability to work closely with the Leader of Inclusion to manage, mentor, and support a large team of learning support teachers and education assistants within the faculty
understanding of, and experience with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process, with proven capability in leading the collection, verification, and moderation of evidence to ensure strict legislative compliance
demonstrated knowledge of NESA Disability Provisions, including implementing HSC exam provisions, Life Skills curriculum pathways, and modified assessment tasks to support equitable curriculum access for high school students.
proven capacity to partner with students, parents, and health professionals to design and implement individualised adjustments and learning plans that foster inclusive high school environments
