You will lead processing crews, champion safe work practices, and drive cost-effective decisions to achieve production targets on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster with day and night shifts.
You will oversee ore crushing and treatment plant operations, mentor technicians, and work with maintenance to minimise downtime, while maintaining a robust safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
