Product Leader: AI group intelligence startup – Part-time
Drive a working product through beta to commercial launch
Location:
Bondi Beach is preferred for regular in-person meetings, but we are open to outstanding talent anywhere in the world.
Scope:
Part-time, initially around 1-2 days per week, with potential to grow as the venture does.
Role:
We are looking for someone to drive MetaQuorum from a working product to a commercial one, working closely with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson and his team.
At most events the real thinking happens at the tables, and everyone leaves knowing only their own conversation.
MetaQuorum changes that.
Each table records its conversation on one phone, with no app or accounts.
Within minutes, the synthesis of every table is on the room's screen: where the tables converged, where they pulled apart, and what the room built together.
Every participant takes the full picture away afterward.
From that core, MetaQuorum is growing into a broader tool for group intelligence: a second round where the room responds to its own synthesis, input people can give by voice or text before or after a gathering, and conversations that continue once the event is over.
The product works, is fully self-serve, and has run live, and its first event generated significant beta interest with no outbound effort.
A beta program for event organizers is designed and ready to run.
This is a highly autonomous role.
You will have real latitude to shape how the venture goes to market,



and Ross will work alongside you throughout.
The role is to:
Run the beta program: admit cohorts of event organizers, get them ready, make their events succeed, debrief them.
Turn what beta users do and say into evidence on value, pricing and fit.
Shape the product roadmap with Ross, liaising with our developers on what gets built.
Design the commercial offer: pricing, tiers, onboarding.
Win the first paying customers.
Build a go-to-market motion that scales.
Capabilities:
We are looking for someone who has taken an early-stage B2B product to market, or is clearly ready to.
Product leadership in early-stage B2B SaaS: beta programs, first customers, first pricing.
Comfortable owning commercial outcomes, not just product process.
An AI enthusiast who uses AI to achieve far more than a part time role normally allows.
Able to work well with developers without needing to write the code.
Great with customers, and able to hear what event organizers are really telling you.
Strong judgment on what to build, and what not to.
Comfortable shaping a venture rather than executing a plan.
Highly reliable.
Beta users are running live events in front of their own audiences.
A pleasure to work with (essential!).
Experience in events, event technology, or audience-interaction tools is useful but not required.
Pay:
To be determined.
Day rate plus incentives.
