38 hours per week 3-4 week contract | 3 positions available About the Role We're looking for reliable, physically capable and safety-focused General Labourers to join a team working on a site in High Wycombe.
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable with manual handling, working with power and hand tools, and assisting with the dismantling, construction, erection and repair of racking and shelving systems.
You'll be working as part of a team and will be expected to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time, maintain a safe work environment and follow all site safety requirements, including WHS Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
The role will involve a minimum of four hours of manual handling per day, along with general site cleaning and other labouring duties as required.
We're looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance and the physical capability to lift up to 20kg and work in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently and on time Perform a minimum of four hours of manual handling per day Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping of the work site Assist with dismantling, construction, erection and repair of racking and shelving systems Safely use a range of power and hand tools Operate a scissor lift and/or forklift if hired for that purpose Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work environment Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity What you will need:
