What you'll be doing: Managing end-to-end payroll processing within required timeframes Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring data accuracy Processing new starters, terminations, leave, allowances and payroll adjustments Completing payroll reconciliations, reporting and statutory requirements Handling payroll-related queries from employees and managers Supporting month-end and year-end payroll activities Monitoring compliance with payroll legislation, Awards and internal policies Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems What you'll need:



Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation and taxation Knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements (SCHADS highly regarded) Experience with payroll systems such as Employment Hero, PayCat or similar High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience within the not-for-profit, aged care or community services sector will be viewed favourably.
