full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities Include:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that drive student growth and provide targeted remediation and extension opportunities.
Engage students behaviourally, emotionally and cognitively in a positive learning environment.
Monitor progress, maintain accurate academic records, and use data to inform teaching decisions.
Provide timely feedback and reporting to students, parents and College leadership through reports, SEQTA and parent events.
Demonstrate genuine care for students' spiritual, emotional, social and academic wellbeing.
Contribute to College life through duties, events and meetings while adhering to College policies.
Essential Selection Criteria:




Demonstrates a personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and is an active member of a Christian Church, living in accordance with the Association's Statement of Faith and Educational Objectives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, College staff and key stakeholders.
Communicate confidently and professionally, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills.
Manage competing priorities effectively, staying organised and responsive in a fast-paced workplace.
Show initiative, solve problems proactively and make sound decisions while working collaboratively and following direction.
Holds a current Working with Children Check and valid TRBWA registration, or willingness to apply for one.
Desirable Selection Criteria:
A demonstrated ability to effectively deliver the WA English Curriculum.
Effective organizational skills in lesson planning, marking, and reporting.
Be competent in the use of technology applications in an educational setting.
ATAR experience is preferred but not essential.
