NSW Health is seeking a Wellbeing Health In-reach Nurse Coordinator to support school-aged children across multiple regional schools.
You will identify and coordinate health, wellbeing and social needs, working in an early intervention coordination model with Education partners.
The role requires current AHPRA registration as an RN, with at least three years in the field, and a commitment to post-registration qualifications in child and family health or youth health within two years.
