As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in keepingour customers and workshop moving!
Based in our Kalgoorlie branch, you'll enjoya varied role combining parts interpreting and customer service with hands-onresponsibilities.
You'll assist customers and the Service Department withinterpreting market leading brands such as Detroit, MTU, Western Star, MAN,Meritor and Donaldson.
Growing your own capabilities with in house and externaltraining opportunities while growing the business.
We specialise in Mining, Transport, Power Generation, Marineand Defence.

About the Role
Provide professional parts interpretation and customer service via phone, email and trade counter enquiries.
Identify and supply the correct parts efficiently and accurately.
Drive parts sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Manage customer backorders and provide proactive updates.
Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and stock takes.
Support merchandising and promotion of aftermarket and genuine parts product lines.
Work collaboratively with workshop and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
About you
Previous experience in parts, warehousing or a similarenvironment is desirable.
Basic understanding of parts warehousing principles.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to workeffectively with internal and external customers.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office,



with theability to learn and use parts and inventory systems.
Good attention to detail with the ability to accuratelyreceive, check and process stock and orders.
Ability to read and follow instructions and complete basicmathematical calculations accurately.
Able to work independently while also contributingpositively to a team environment.
