Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to supportthe AMP account, responsible for the configuration, enhancement, and ongoingsupport of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem,Change,



Request and Service Catalogue.
Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules,Client Scripts and UI Policies.
Support CMDB, including CI data quality, relationships, and ongoingmaintenance.
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub and MIDServer.
Perform platform administration, troubleshooting and production support.
Support platform upgrades, releases, testing and continuous improvementinitiatives.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements anddeliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and change-managementstandards.
