We are looking for an organised and practical Transport Coordinator to join our team at our
Perth
branch and support the coordination of equipment transport across the business.
This role requires strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
Working closely with internal teams, customers and transport contractors, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment deliveries and collections are safe, efficient and on time.

Key Responsibilities.
In this role you will be responsible for the following.
Coordinate equipment transport movements across the business, ensuring availability, timing and operational priorities are aligned.
Liaise with internal teams, customers and transport contractors to coordinate efficient and timely deliveries and collections.
Monitor transport costs and contractor performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and manage costs.
Coordinate with preferred logistics providers to resolve transport issues and maintain service standards.
Maintain accurate transport records, requests and reporting through company systems.
Provide practical transport support and guidance to internal teams.
Coordinate the availability of forklift hire equipment and attachments when required for transport.
Ensure transport activities are completed in line with company policies, safety requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.
Experience in transport coordination, logistics, fleet scheduling or a similar operational role.
Good understanding of equipment transport,



vehicle capacities and logistics requirements.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
Ability to prioritise competing demands, manage timeframes and coordinate multiple transport requirements.
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly when transport plans change.
Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, customers and transport contractors.
Relevant equipment operation licences or certifications where required.
