The Opportunity
This is a key operational role within a fast-moving transport and hire business managing a large, active fleet (circa **** units) across Brisbane.
What You'll Be Doing
At its core, this role is about communication, and follow-through.
Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers, drivers, and internal teams
Coordinate daily fleet movements and transport schedules
Monitor delivery and pickup progress and proactively update customers
Manage the inbox and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Troubleshoot issues in real time (traffic delays, access problems, scheduling clashes)
Work closely with the transport function while supporting backend processes
Take pressure off senior team members by owning your lane and stepping up when needed

Logistics or hire experience is helpful,



but mindset matters more.
Enjoys solving problems rather than escalating them
Understands how Brisbane traffic and construction timelines really work
Takes ownership and looks out for the wider business, not just their desk

Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Flexibility offered where possible, balanced with operational demands
Salary between $75,000 and $85,000 + Super
