Job Description

St Thomas Private Pty Ltd t/a Seaside Shahi Indian Restaurant – Albion Park NSW is seeking a qualified Chef to lead our busy kitchen. You will plan menus, oversee food preparation and ensure standards for taste, portion control and presentation.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, at least 3 years’ full‑time kitchen experience, and robust leadership to supervise cooks, apprentices and kitchen hands while maintaining HACCP and safety compliance.
