Cibaria is a vibrant Italian-inspired eatery located in the heart of Manly, directly opposite the beach. Part of Maestro Hospitality , Cibaria is a busy, energetic venue built around outstanding food, warm hospitality and a strong team culture.

We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team.

/n

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.

The Role /n

Working alongside our chefs and kitchen team, your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Assisting with basic food preparation

/n

- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment

/n

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen

/n

- Receiving and putting away deliveries Assisting with stock rotation and storage

/n





- Keeping preparation and service areas clean and hygienic

/n

- Supporting the chefs with general kitchen duties during busy services

/n

- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures

/n

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A willingness to learn and take direction

- Availability across a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends

- Full Australian working rights

/n

/n

Previous experience as a kitchen hand, kitchen assistant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential .
