TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST | PERTH CBD | $38 PER HOUR + SUPER

We are currently seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join a well-established corporate organisation based in the Perth CBD.

/n

This is an urgent temporary requirement for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure consistent work within a qualified corporate environment.

/n

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors and staff. You'll be joining a friendly and professional team and will be well supported in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE /n

/n

- Managing a reception area and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner

/n

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls

/n

- Managing general enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team members

/n

- Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting room bookings

/n

- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

/n

- Providing general administration and office support as required

/n

- Assisting with maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment

/n

- Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU /n

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys being the face of a professional organisation.

/n

You will ideally have:

/n

/n

- Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality or customer service

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- A polished and professional presentation

/n

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

/n

- The ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

/n

- A friendly and proactive approach

/n

- Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

/n

- $38 per hour + superannuation

/n

- Temporary position | Duration: Ongoing

/n

- Regular office hours

/n

- Fully office based, Monday to Friday

/n

- Immediate start / urgent requirement

/n
