Join Our Cleaning Crew! /n

Based in Mount Pleasant QLD, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres, providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities: /n

/n

- Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.

/n

- Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.

/n

- Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.

/n

- Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.

/n

- Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support.

/n

- Act as first contact for on-site queries and elevate urgent issues.

/n

- Manage equipment and supplies,



reporting faults and maintaining stock.

/n

/n

- Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures.

/n

What We’re Looking For: /n

/n

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

/n

- Previous cleaning experience

/n

/n

/n

- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team

/n

- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)

/n

/n

/n

- A smartphone for work communication.

/n

- Valid working rights in Australia.

/n

- Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)

/n

- Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.

/n

/n
