/n Have you always wanted a career in federal government without too much experience? We are proud to currently be partnering with a large Federal Government client in helping them recruit for multiple APS2 PASSPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER , commencing as soon as possible

/n

As an APS2 PASSPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER, your duties include:

/n

/n

- Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence.

/n

- Perform high speed and accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning, personalisation, crop, document/photo exceptions re-work.

/n

- Analyse paper based passport applications to online forms (as required) in Canberra or State and Territory Offices.

/n

- Provide various administrative support in relation to and prior to the issue of Australian travel documents, with guidance as required.

/n

- Assist in the travel document production workflow, i.e.: ensure data quality prior to the issue of Australian travel documents.

/n

- Undertake Quality Assurance of travel document application forms prior to print of travel documents.

/n

- Meet deadlines, required work outputs and performance expectations in line with APO Performance Frameworks

/n





- Apply attention to detail, accuracy and produce high quality work in line with APO Quality thresholds.

/n

Your Skills and Experience

/n

To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following:

/n

/n

- MUST be an Australian citizen to be eligible

/n

- High attention to detail

/n

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

/n

- Ability to analyse numerical and written information

/n

- Ability to do repetitive tasks on a daily basis

/n

- Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities

/n

/n

What You'll Receive

/n

/n

- $42.33 per hour + superannuation

/n

- Weekly Pay

/n

- Contract until end of financial year + possibility to extend

/n

- Darwin NT Location

/n
