The Peninsula Mandurah is looking for an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a permanent full-time basis.

/n

Located on the stunning Mandurah waterfront, The Peninsula is a vibrant multi-faceted venue offering quality dining, a lively bar, functions and exceptional hospitality. What You'll Be Doing /n

/n

- Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, functions and gaming.

/n

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.

/n

- Coaching, developing and motivating front-of-house team members.

/n

- Leading service across busy bistro, restaurant and function operations.

/n

- Supporting labour management, venue presentation and operational compliance.

/n

- Managing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and venue reporting.

/n

- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

/n

- Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success.

/n

What We're Looking For /n

/n





- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.

/n

- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

/n

- Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

/n

- Experience working in busy bistro and/or restaurant environments.

/n

- Functions experience is highly regarded.

/n

- Experience in a multi-faceted hospitality venue.

/n

- TAB experience is advantageous but not essential.

/n

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

/n

- Robust problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure.

/n

- Proficient computer skills.

/n

- Current WA RSA certificate.

/n
