About the role

/n

Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Mirridong, located in Bendigo, we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team.

/n

This is a Fixed term role for 4 months for covering morning shifts, 38 hours / fortnight with options to pick up additional shifts.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.

/n

- Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.

/n

- Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes

/n

/n

What you bring

/n

/n

- An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse

/n

- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred

/n

- Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements

/n

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills

/n
