Join Our Team as a Sales Support Specialist.

Studco Building Systems is looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist to join our EZConcept team in Croydon, VIC. If you enjoy working closely with customers and helping a sales team perform at its best, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing /n

- Customer contact: Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, professionally and efficiently.

/n

- Order management: Process orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

/n

- Product knowledge: Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations to customers.

/n

- Administration: Maintain accurate records and support smooth day-to-day operations.

/n

- Sales support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and lead generation.

/n

- Customer experience: Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and help implement changes.
