Job Description

WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client, a hospitality supplier. You will build relationships with hotels, pubs and regional venues, handle inbound enquiries, quotes and orders, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The role focuses on long‑term customer engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and supporting transformation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency. Robust onboarding and ongoing support are provided.
