Welders & Brake press operators - Eastern Suburbs /n

We are currently seeking experienced Welders for ongoing opportunities with our client at their manufacturing facility in Kilsyth.

/n

These are hands-on manufacturing roles producing vehicle accessory products. The successful candidates will work as part of a skilled production team, producing high-quality components in line with engineering drawings, SOPs and daily production requirements.

/n

Whilst qualifications are not necessary for the role, experience is highly regarded.

/n

/n

- Attractive payrate of $40-48p/h

/n

- No qualification required

/n

- Long term, Monday to Friday opportunity

About the Role: /n

We are currently seeking experienced Welders for ongoing opportunities with our client at their manufacturing facility in Kilsyth.

/n

These are hands-on manufacturing roles producing vehicle accessory products. The successful candidates will work as part of a skilled production team, producing high-quality components in line with engineering drawings, SOPs and daily production requirements.

/n

Key Responsibilities: /n

/n

- Weld and fabricate premium vehicle protection products including bull bars, wings, side rails, rear bars, underbody vehicle protection and other components

/n

- Perform MIG, TIG and Pulse welding

/n

- Complete grinding and finishing of fabricated components

/n

- Complete First Offs and Last Offs in accordance with ARB quality procedures

/n





- Read and understand Engineering Drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

/n

- Meet daily production schedules and production targets

/n

- Carry out general fabrication, assembly and manufacturing duties

/n

- Maintain welding and fabrication equipment to ensure productive operation

/n

- Ensure fabricated products meet required quality standards

/n

- Maintain a clean and organised workstation

/n

- Attend daily toolbox meetings

/n

- Complete general housekeeping duties

/n

Requirements: /n

/n

- MIG, TIG and Pulse welding experience highly regarded

/n

- Experience setting up brake press tools and dies

/n

- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and SOPs

/n

- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team

/n

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

/n
