We're hiring a Work From Home Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through every stage of their travel journey — from initial planning and booking to pre-departure prep and real-time updates while they're on the road.

You'll be a steady point of contact for travelers, making sure they always have accurate information and know exactly what to expect next. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with full training and mentorship provided from day one. Prior travel industry experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging

Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests

Share transparent and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies

Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary

Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
