We are expanding our skilled team and are seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our crew. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and delivers consistent, high-standard results.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out all aspects of plastering work with precision and attention to detail.

- Measure, cut, prepare, and install various types of plasterboard.

- Fix pre-cast cornices, panels, ceilings, and other fibrous plaster components.

- Apply coats of plaster, render, and finishing compounds using trowels and related tools.

- Mix and prepare plastering materials according to project specifications.

- Interpret and work from construction plans and drawings.

- Perform solid and fibrous plastering tasks as required.





- Maintain safe work practices and comply with WHS requirements.

- Assist in supervising apprentices or junior team members when needed.

- Work hands-on and support the team to meet project deadlines.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years full-time experience as a Plasterer (solid or fibrous).

- Robust technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual tasks.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.

- Flexibility to work overtime or Saturdays when required.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional NSW projects.
