Civiltest Pty Ltd, a leading provider of geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and laboratory services across Australia, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to join our team.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity and no previous reception or administration experience is required. We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, confident communicating with people and eager to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role

As our Junior Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients, suppliers and visitors while also providing day-to-day administrative support to our wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.

- Greeting visitors and assisting with general enquiries.

- Monitoring and responding to general emails.

- Assisting with data entry.

- Helping coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.





- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception and office setting.

- Assisting the administration team with other tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is ready to learn and develop.

Ideally, you will have:

- A friendly, positive and professional manner.

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.

- Confidence speaking with clients and staff over the phone.

- Good organisation and time-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

- The ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.

- A reliable and punctual approach to work.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Bilingual (fluent in both English and Mandarin) is a bonus
