About the role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard, well-presented, and ready on time. You will work as part of a friendly, professional team and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new hotel, with opportunities for training and growth within the Quest network.

Key responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas to brand standards.

- Make beds, change linen, and replenish amenities.

- Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.

- Report maintenance issues, lost property, or room discrepancies promptly.

- Ensure cleaning supplies and trolleys are well-stocked and maintained.

- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and check-in schedules.

- Assist guests professionally if approached during your shift.





- Uphold Quest's brand standards for presentation and service at all times.

About you

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a must.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good time management and the ability to meet targets.

- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.

- Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

- Legal right to work in Australia.
