The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential real estate professional or junior Commercial Leasing Executive looking to build a long-term career in commercial property.
You’ll work closely with experienced industry leaders and gain hands-on exposure across:
- Leasing enquiries and inspections
- Prospecting and business development
- Tenant and landlord relationships
- Property listings and marketing
- Lease negotiations and deal progression
- Database and pipeline management
- Supporting transactions from enquiry through to lease

The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, confident with people and ready to take their career up a level.
You’ll need:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ real estate industry experience
- Current Real Estate Certificate/Licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence prospecting and speaking with clients
- A genuine interest in building a career in commercial leasing
