Maintenance Handyman (Carpentry Bias)
Salary: $85,000 + Super
Location: Sydney CBD
Full-Time Permanent Position

The Role Working across a range of commercial sites, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings remain protected, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

- General building maintenance and repairs
- Carpentry works including doors, locks, cabinetry, skirting, and fit-outs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Minor plastering, painting, and patching works
- Basic plumbing and general handyman duties




- Site inspections and reporting maintenance issues
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and site stakeholders

About You
- Trade qualified Carpenter preferred
- Previous experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites
