Q&A; Market Research is a respected, privately owned Australian company based in Milton. With over 20 years of experience in the market research industry, we've built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality insights across a range of industries.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our call centre interviewing team as Market Research Interviewers.

This is not a sales role. Instead, you'll be conducting outbound market research surveys with members of the public over the phone or in person.

You'll be:

- Engaging with a wide range of people in a professional, friendly manner

- Asking questions on various topics (surveys change regularly)

- Accurately recording responses

- Representing Q&A; professionally, often contacting people unfamiliar with our company

No experience is necessary — full training and support are provided.

We're seeking candidates who are:





- Confident communicators with a friendly phone or face-to-face manner

- Fluent in English

- Honest, reliable, and eager to learn

- Keen to learn new skills and progress into other roles

- Able to problem-solve and think on their feet

- Available for at least 4 shifts per week

This role is perfect for people who:

Interviews will commence during the week beginning 8 June 2026, with successful candidates starting work in the week commencing 13 July 2026.
