We currently have an opportunity available in our NSW office for an experienced Labour Hire Recruiter, specialising within the blue-collar space.

Based in Jamisontown, NSW you will be supported by an experienced branch network who live and breathe company values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screening and interviewing candidates

- Coordinating and running onsite inductions

- Managing, confirming, and adjusting daily rosters

- Ensuring clear, consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders

- Maintaining regular communication with clients

- New business and organic growth of existing client base.

To be Successful in this role:

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment





- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work across a variety of industries and locations

- Clear, confident and professional communication skills

- Confident verbal and written communication skills
