About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to support a major ERP RISE Program through go-live and Hypercare. Working closely with the SAP project team, you'll coordinate cutover activities across program streams, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed of go-live readiness.

What you'll do:

- Plan and drive cutover activities across the program.
- Coordinate the SAP team, business teams and key stakeholders.
- Track readiness, risks, dependencies and actions, escalating issues early.
- Manage cutover progress and stakeholder updates during go-live.
- Support Hypercare, including defect coordination, prioritisation and communication.





What you'll bring:

- Experience managing cutover for a large ERP or SAP program.
- A track record of coordinating multiple streams through go-live.
- Strong planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with post-go-live Hypercare and defect management.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
