Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and committed to achieving outstanding results.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

- A minimum of 1 year of face-to-face sales experience

- A proven record of achieving targets or strong performance outcomes

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills





- A strong sense of ownership and accountability

- The ability to work independently while following proven systems

- Confidence using technology and CRM platforms

- A reliable laptop, phone, headphones, and high-speed internet
Availability for weekday evening appointments (5 PM and 7 PM) and occasional weekends

Solar experience is not required. We provide the systems and training—you bring the attitude, work ethic, and sales ability.
