Charlotte Pass Snow Resort, NSW Snowy Mountains - Summer Stillwell Hotel

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join the Summer team at Stillwell Hotel. Located in the heart of Charlotte Pass Snow Resort. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy alpine workplace and is passionate about delivering quality meals to guests.

Start date Sunday 19 November 2026

Completion date Wednesday 31 March 2027

This role does not qualify for the 88 day Visa extension

The Role:

- Head Cook – Stillwell Hotel

The Head Cook is responsible for running the Stillwell kitchen and ensuring guests receive good quality, fresh and well-presented food.

Main duties:

- Run the day-to-day kitchen operations

- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, café meals and specials

- Menu planning





- Order food supplies and manage stock levels

- Monitor food costs and wastage

- Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements

- Train and supervise other kitchen staff when required

- Work with the Stillwell Manager and front-of-house team

- Assist with other reasonable duties to support the operation of Stillwell Hotel
