Ambition are working with a retained client to recruit for a Business Systems Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be focused on owning the Application estate across the business, dealing with their CRM, LMS, and bespoke SaaS applications. You will 'own' the requirement gathering process, create solutions designs, build solutions and provide level 3 support on application integrations.

The business are also investing in their AI adoption, therefore part of your role will be to act as the guardian of 'safe practice' for all AI initiatives.

You, as the ideal candidate will:




- Have recent experience as a Business Systems Lead / Technical Lead / Application Manager or similar roles
- Be currently based in Sydney with full working rights and able to get in their their CBD office 3 days per week.
- Have technical experience with CRMs (either Zoho / Hubspot / Salesforce) as well as bespoke SaaS solutions.
- Have proven experience dealing with a variety of business stakeholders
