Based from our Banyo office, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial sites throughout Brisbane, delivering quality outcomes, building trusted client relationships, and providing technical guidance to apprentices and junior electricians.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a range of commercial and industrial sites, completing service, maintenance, fault-finding and minor project works while supporting the ongoing development of our growing Brisbane team.

Your day-to-day may include:

- General electrical service and maintenance

- Complex fault finding and troubleshooting

- Preventative maintenance, testing and compliance works

- RCD testing, emergency lighting and thermal scanning

- Liaising with clients and providing technical solutions

- Planning and coordinating work activities onsite

- Mentoring apprentices and providing guidance to junior electricians

- Completing job records and documentation through cloud-based job management systems

- Supporting the successful delivery of service contracts and minor works projects

What we’re looking for

- QLD A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Current Driver's Licence

- Minimum 5 years post-trade experience preferred

- Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work

- Advanced fault-finding and troubleshooting capability

- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in the field

- Strong client relationship and communication skills





- Ability to lead by example and support apprentices and junior team members

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Safety-focused with a positive attitude

- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical

Highly Regarded

- Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience

- Experience with preventative maintenance and service contracts

- EWP, Working at Heights and other relevant tickets

- Open Cablers Licence

- Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software

- Experience coordinating small projects or work crews

- Sound working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000
