Lead local service delivery and community outcomes

SSI is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced operational leaders interested in leading service delivery across a regional hub or service area as part of a significant recent service initiative.

This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing local operations, service delivery, workforce coordination, community engagement and performance outcomes. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, the successful candidate will ensure services are protected, responsive, accessible and aligned with community needs.

We are interested in hearing from professionals who bring:

- Demonstrated leadership experience within community services, early childhood, disability, health, child and family services, education or related sectors.
- Proven capability managing multidisciplinary teams, service operations and workforce planning.




- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience building partnerships across communities and service networks.
- Experience monitoring service performance, managing operational risks and driving continuous improvement.
- A commitment to child safety, inclusion, cultural responsiveness and client-centred service delivery.
